SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time:

  • All our garments are made-to-order.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation.

  • For naturally dyed garments, processing may take up to 12 business days due to the slow fashion process.

Delivery Time (Post Dispatch):

  • India: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Charges:

  • India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders

  • COD (Cash on Delivery): ₹99 extra (if available in your location)

  • International: Calculated at checkout based on location

Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility:
Since we follow a made-to-order model, returns are accepted only for:

  • Wrong product received

  • Defective/damaged item received

Return/Exchange Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

  • You must provide clear photos of the issue (for quality check)

Not Eligible For Return/Exchange:

  • Color variations due to natural dyeing

  • Customized or altered garments

  • International orders unless damaged

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

Pickup & Shipping for Returns:

  • Reverse pickup available in select areas (charges may apply)

  • Alternatively, the item can be self-shipped to our address

CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Dispatch:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us.

  • No cancellations will be accepted beyond 24 hours due to our made-to-order process.

After Dispatch:

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
