1. What makes Dear Tomorrow a sustainable clothing brand?
We practice sustainability at every step—from sourcing fabrics like Mul and Kota, to using plant-based natural dyes such as madder, marigold, and pomegranate. All our pieces are made-to-order, reducing overproduction and waste. We believe fashion should honour the earth, not exhaust it.
2. What does “made-to-order” mean?
Each piece is created only after an order is placed. This approach ensures mindful production, minimal waste, and a garment that is crafted with attention and care—just for you.
3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As we follow a made-to-order model, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with sizing or any defect, we offer size exchanges or alterations depending on the situation. Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and details.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Each garment takes time. Since we dye and stitch on order, please allow 10–15 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Good things take time—especially ones touched by hands and nature.
5. How do I know my size?
We recommend measuring a similar dress from your wardrobe and referring to our Garment Measurement Guide. It’s the best way to ensure a perfect fit. Still unsure? Write to us—we’re always happy to help.
6. Are natural dyes long-lasting?
Yes, with proper care. Our dyes are fixed using traditional mordants, but they will gently evolve over time—just like anything natural. Always hand wash gently in cold water with mild soap, and dry in shade.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India. However, international orders are possible via email or Instagram DM. We are working on launching global shipping soon.
8. Can I request custom sizing?
Yes, we offer basic custom sizing for a small fee. Once you place your order, email us with your measurements, and we’ll do our best to tailor it to your fit.
9. Do you offer gift wrapping or handwritten notes?
Absolutely. We’d love to make your parcel special. Just mention it during checkout or drop us a message, and we’ll wrap your piece with extra love.
